1933 Lanchester LA10

Mulliner coachwork. Restored in 2003. A frame up mechanical restoration (we have photos), retrimmed with new 1930s style leather and carpets, rechromed, new headlining (the sunroof opens) etc. The preselector gearbox works perfectly.Purchased from a private collection in 2017 and recently recommissioned with improvements including restoration of the very rare trafficators, repair of the speedometer, new window seals, a calormeter, double dip headlight conversion, and hidden battery cutoff etc. lots of original history and documentation and a recorded mileage of 48300 miles with all the paperwork from new to show how this has been covered. The original drivers instruction card, the 1933 maintenance manual, parts manual and service invoices etc are with the car.Its a lovely old thing, not quite perfect (the dual Hobsons telegauge, water temperature gauge and fuel gauge does not work) but the extensive restoration has ensured that it can be used and enjoyed immediately particularly if you like tinkering with old things.Included with the car is the valuable registration and the car can be seen on Poirot tv series, ep. 3.11
