1933 Austin 7 Sports

These attractive little Austin Seven sportscars were built for only one year, and are therefore quite rare.  This particular example, fininshed in the charming shade of Primrose and with black upholstery, hood and side screens, is generally in good order - it has been well used during its lastest 23 year ownership so does have some blemishes and signs of useage.  The underside is clean and tidy and the whole structure seems good.  The wheels have obviously been refurbished.  The engine, which is not the original Type 65 sports engine, is 2-bearing and runs on a single SU carburettor and has the correct ribbed sump.  The weather gear ie hood, side screens and hood cover are all in good condition.  The upholstery is pretty good.  The car is great fun to drive and is offered at a realistic price, having taken into account that it does not have the original engine.  The paperwork file includes V5C and two older registration books, some old MOTs and even some original instructions on how to stow the hood.
