  • V5 Present

  • Chassis number: PA1378
847cc, overhead cam, 4 cylinder and twin SU. First registered in December 1934 when it was sold to Flight Lieutenant Newall who was based at the heavy bombers training unit at RAF Abingdon. It is finished in light and dark Cambridge and Oxford blues with matching upholstery and trim. We have been advised that the car was used in driving tests at Brooklands in 1935 and in Hill Climbs with the Midland Car Club in 1936. Little history is known after this time until the car was sold for restoration at auction in 1995 and returned to the road in 1997. The same owner retained the car from 1995 until 2019 when acquired by the vendor. It comes complete with a history file containing early correspondence between the original owner and the MG factory, receipts, letters, various MoTs and tax discs. Although it has had little use recently it is described by the vendor as running well. Benefits from new Blockley tyres on the front.
