1910 Oakland Model K 40HP
The Model K was the top model of the 1910 Oakland range with a big 5200 cc, 40 HP , L-Head Engine. This is the last “big” car build by Oakland before bought by General Motors and one of the very few excisting Oakland Model K’s.
This car was displayed at the Long Island Auto Museum , New York , USA and published on the museums postcard series from 1976, the car was part of a private collection in the Netherlands since 1992
The Oakland is in a good and original condition ,restored in the 1970’s and still has the original leather interior and has a rare speedometer and other period accesoires. It has a 3 speed sliding gear transmission and 34 x 4 Tyres.
In good running order, it’s easy to start the engine on the crank.
