Thailand Shows off its Classic Cars

It was a blistering hot day in Pratumnak  Hill in Pattaya but could not prevent me from visiting  the 6th Classic Car Charity Show Pattaya  whichtook place  here on February 8-9, 2025, at the Asia Pattaya Hotel on Pratamnak Road. This annual event, organized by Classic Car Friends Pattaya and supported by the Riviera Group, has become a staple for automotive enthusiasts and philanthropists alike.

Event Highlights

On Saturday, February 8, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., attendees were treated to an impressive display of meticulously restored classic cars. The star of the show was a 1954 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing, one of only three in Thailand, captivating visitors with its iconic design and engineering excellence.

Beyond the automotive attractions, the event featured live music performances, creating a lively atmosphere for all attendees. Food and beverage stalls offered a variety of refreshments, ensuring guests could enjoy local and international culinary delights as they admired the vehicles.

Charitable Cause

Proceeds from the event were dedicated to supporting orphans in Pattaya, reflecting the community's commitment to giving back. Over the past nine years, Classic Car Friends Pattaya has consistently combined their passion for vintage automobiles with charitable endeavors, making a positive impact on the local community. citeturn0search0
