Registered new on the 24th November 1997 by Volvo Main Dealer, Avondale in Stratford Upon Avon, this S70 was registered to Mrs and Mr Richardson from new until 2023. KGF Classic Cars were approached by the owner in 2023 and upon seeing the car and the outstanding condition, it was clear this example was one of the absolute best and the car was immediately bought. Subsequently sold to a Volvo enthusiast who is so impressed by the brand that he has now part exchanged the car for a brand-new model and KGF Classic Cars were delighted to have the opportunity to buy this car back.

The original service record has 15 stamped entries with the most recent carried out at 31,452 miles and the timing belt and V-belt were changed in June 2022 at 31,445 miles. The Volvo velvet document wallet holds the handbooks and there are two sets of keys with codes tags, remote fobs and dealer keyrings. A folder of supporting service invoices and MOT certificates completes the history file.
