Reluctantly selling this good condition Mk2 Golf in Tornado Red. I've had this car for 3 years and it has proven very reliable. Low mileage for a car of its age. 5 months left on its MOT passed its MOT. Currently SORN as I have another car and can only afford to tax and insure 1 vehicle. I have a good amount of service history for it and have had the following work done: new ignition coil and amplifier, new starter motor, new distributer, new fuel pump, new exhaust mid box, new radiator, new alternator belt and new power steering belt. The interior is all in good condition with the exception of the headliner. The headliner was removed due to a sunroof leak, which has been fixed (new headliner quote from VW Heritage £600). This car starts first time and just needs some superficial work: small rust around the sunroof, rust by the drivers door, small rust patch on the bonnet, chip in the windscreen (not in line of sight), damage to the front left wing near the headlamp and faded paintwork on the bonnet.
