Here we have a great opportunity to get yourself a very rewarding project, a TVR 280 S finished in metallic grey with beige leather seats. The TVR was first registered on 1/1/1989 by Haughins TVR Centre in Barrow-in Furness to its first owner, a Mr Sykes of Halifax. The TVR has a large collection of both handwritten and printed receipts and invoices, along with a host of old MOTs.

The restoration has been started, but due to time constraints it has not been finished. A lot of things have been completed as you can visibly see but there is still more to do, although we are told that it runs but needs some attention to make it go into gear. Being what it is, it can only be a simple thing to sort, but as ever please come and see the TVR for yourself to make up your own mind. The interior is stripped out so you can see how solid the floors are, the seats have been retrimmed ready to go in along with some carpets. As previously mentioned, this will make a very rewarding project, especially as the winter nights are upon us. What a great project to work on over the winter, to get ready to go for the spring season and take pride that you have saved one of this country’s most interesting brands that deserved to be saved.
