Offered here is a 1989 Ford Escort XR3i presented in Amalfi Blue with Grey Recaros and only 2 former keepers. This example has 10 service stamps in the service booklet and is complete with the original book pack. This smartly presented XR3i was driven some 20 miles to the saleroom and performed well whilst doing our driving video. The electric roof is fully operational and complete with hood cover.

Subject to a recent cosmetic refresh done to a high standard, all the body panels appear to be straight. Inside, there are no noticeable rips or tears in the seats, it is starting to suffer from the seat fabric beginning to sag, a common issue with Fords. The engine bay is very clean, appearing to show no signs of corrosion.

Overall, this is a very useable late 80s Escort that is on the button and ready to be used for plenty of roof-down motoring to come.
