Finished in Lipari Blue with Flint interior, this very special Mini is quite a find.

Boasting its original book pack and purchase invoice, plus a sheaf of invoices for work carried out over the years, this really is a super example. Special mention should be made of the handwritten note from the vendor which gives a summary of the history - a nice touch.

The Mini appears to be in largely original City E specification - very basic but all the better for it! We note that the plastic grey wheel arches are fitted, and the front and rear bumpers have been upgraded to chrome items.

The paintwork looks great with minimal signs of wear and age - likewise the interior. It appears there were numerous bodywork issues attended to in 2019 (receipt in file) and the restoration is holding up well - the sign of a quality job.

The Mini sits on 12 inch steel wheels, and although the plastic trims aren’t fitted, the wheels themselves appear in good condition.

The Mini drove well for our video providing spritely performance, and no warning lights were apparent.

In addition to the file of paperwork, the Mini comes with spare keys and a box of spare bits in the boot including the aforementioned wheel trims.

Time warp is an overused phrase in the classic car industry - but we believe this Mini lives up to that description very well, and as a consequence don’t miss out!
