For sale my much loved 1983 Morgan 4 seater that I have owned for 13 years now having originally purchased it from a Morgan dealership, it comes with a comprehensive history.

The car has the Ford 1.6CVH engine with a stage 1 tuned head, 4 speed box. It has full tonneau as well as a hood cover, full hood and side screens. All weather gear is in good order.... I'm a dry day summer only driver so its rarely been used.

I've always undertaken regular servicing myself and when the car has needed work I have mainly used a local independent Morgan specialist.

Recent work on the car includes new kingpins and bushes and a refurbished alternator in 2019 (about 300 miles ago), late 2020 I had the head completely rebuilt, skimmed, new fuel pump and the cam belt replaced (under 100 miles ago), in the last month the front drivers side calliper was completely rebuilt, a Davies Craig digital fan controller fitted and the underside freshly undersealed.

The interior is all vinyl and although used commensurate for a car of this age there is no damage or excessive wear.

The car and the bodywork is solid, the car was repainted at some stage and it does now have the classic aluminium wing/bonnet paint bubbles in places but you need to catch it in the right light to notice and it does not detract from the car. I have reflected this in the price.

All in all if you want an affordable entry into the utter joy of Morgan ownership, and one that is practical with all that lovely rear space to throw in the kids, the shopping or your suitcases or camping kit for a weekend away, this is the car for you.

Its genuinely a reluctant sale, we've had many family memories in this lovely car but now my kids have grown its time to sell and buy myself a 2 seater Morgan.
