We are very pleased to bring to market this very rare Bentley. Just 568 T2s were made from 1977 to 1980, making it a much scarcer sight than the Silver Shadow II. This example is finished in the attractive combination of Blue Mink with Magnolia hide trim piped in blue with blue carpets The specification includes electric windows and seats, central locking, headlamp wash wipes, rear head restraints, air conditioning, outside temperature gauge, cruise control, headlight wash-wipe, twin mirrors, original Blaukpunt radio / cassette player, tool kit, Everflex roof and later-style alloy wheels. Believed but not warranted to have covered c.91,500 miles and having had six previous keepers, 'JPJ942V' has been subject to a brake overhaul and engine service. Offered with V5C document and a clear HPi certificate. The V5 states that the last owner is titled, which is always a nice touch to see and adds to the credibility of this special Bentley.

The history is equally impressive with such nice things as all the build sheets and sign offs from the Bentley factory back in 1979 - as it was registered on 21/1/1980, it would have been built in 1979. There are lots of invoices detailing such things as new carpets and vinyl roof, amongst other bits and pieces, as well bills for servicing less than 500 miles ago. The paperwork goes on to tell us that the Bentley was supplied by Jack Barclay in London who were, and probably still are, one of the biggest names for Bentley in the world. We also have information that the T2 was built in silver mink with dark blue leather and a selection of nice extras that it still has. The interior has been changed to magnolia with blue piping at some point, which we think you would agree is a much better fit and really suits the colour of the exterior. This all finished off with good clean chrome and beautiful Bentley alloy wheels. This is a very unique looking Bentley, and we may go as far as saying that we haven’t seen one looking so good.

With a Bentley as good looking as this, it’s also worth seeing how fresh and stunning it looks in the metal - we never say it’s perfect, but it is beautiful. Remember they only built 558 of these, making them very special before they were sold, so just think how many may be left now. Not many we would guess, so here is an opportunity to get yourself something very rare. Any Rolls-Royce or Bentley from this era is a thing to behold, especially so this one.
