First registered on 1st July 1979, this splendid MGB in Pageant Blue is in excellent condition throughout, having undergone a major restoration a few years ago. The car has covered only 70,500 miles and had a new MOT in April 2022. The bodywork is in very good condition, with well-fitting panels and good paint finish – almost blemish free. The interior of the car has been re-trimmed and everything is in good condition, including seats, head lining, carpets, door cards. Externally, the car is in excellent structural order as can be seen from the photographs, with new sills, wings (we think), good castle sections etc. The tyres are almost new with Rostyle wheels, having chrome embellishers. The car starts easily and runs very well indeed with good oil pressure, good performance and handling and no untoward noises from the transmission. The overdrive is quick and smooth. The under-bonnet area is original and in good order and is nice and tidy. Having covered only 70,500 miles, this car drives and performs as you would hope, this really is an extremely good example, ready for immediate and regular use – a good everyday car.
