Restored some 15 years ago by the current owner’s father, this fine example of the ever-popular Midget has remained in the same family ownership right up to the present time.  The car was extensively renovated including bodywork, mechanics and interior trim.  It has been kept in first class condition all these years, still with good paintwork, excellent interior, and seats refurbished to the original specification.  The underside of the car is very good, still painted red, with good structure.  Good original chrome bumpers and wire wheels, and a quality canvas hood and tonneau cover (the latter is a bit tight).  There is really nothing to do to this car - it has just passed its MOT test, with no advisories and is ready to use straight away.  In our opinion, there is more space in these early Midgets, than in the later models because of the style of seating.  These cars are great fun to drive, with nippy performance and good handling – everyone should own one at least once!!  Comes with MOT certificate, V5C and some photos of the restoration.
