An excellent value MGB Roadster, with a long history and in the desirable shade of  Mineral Blue.  This car has been in the same ownership for 30 years, and in total, has had only 5 keepers.  It is in good condition, having been completely restored on an ongoing basis during the 1990s, and very well maintained thereafter.  The paintwork is generally good, with just a few blemishes to perhaps sort out, and the underside of the vehicle, including structure, is in very good condition - nice and clean and tidy.  The doors however, would benefit from a little realignment – hence the realistic asking price.  The sills and front wings have been replaced, as have the boot corners and floors. Mechanically, the car is in fine fettle and in fact, has just driven 220 miles to our premises with no issues whatsoever.  The engine has excellent oil pressure and runs very well, providing very good performance with good working overdrive.  Driving this car is a good experience.  The original seats are very good, as are the door cards, carpets, hood and tonneau.  In 2002, all four wheel hubs were replaced and new wire wheels were fitted.  A brake servo is fitted and the cylinder head has been converted to unleaded.  All in all, a very good car for very little money. Comes with good history file, old invoices etc.
