An excellent early MGB Roadster first registered 17^th April 1964.  It is the desirable pull door-handle model, finished in dark British Racing Green and comes complete with chrome wire wheels and overdrive – the gearbox is crash on first.  This example was restored some years ago and is in good fettle all round.  The structure and paintwork are good – usual few blemishes – the interior is tidy, and has the original spec door cards, seats, dashboard etc.  The seats themselves have probably been re-covered, but we would say some time ago, and to the original spec.  The hood is a recent replacement.  The wheels, which are in good condition, are fitted with four matching Michelin tyres and there is a good spare.  The car starts immediately and runs and drives very well indeed.  The engine, which would appear to have been rebuilt, is strong and shows good oil pressure and no overheating.  The gearbox is good with no untoward noises, as with the overdrive.  The under bonnet area is very respectable and unmolested i.e. not a lot of unnecessary extras.  The V5C shows 6 former keepers.  A very nice and useable MGB in pretty much standard form, which is very nice to see for a change.  Offered at a very attractive price for an early example.
