This is a truly excellent example of a 1959 MGA Roadster, beautifully finished in Chariot Red with light tan interior.  This car began life as a 1600 model, but now sports an 1800 MGB engine with 5-speed gearbox.  The car was completely restored by a motor engineer between 2019 and 2021 to a very good standard, and as my mother would have said ‘it’s  just like new’!!  The paint finish is excellent, the panel fit is good, the chromework is new, and the interior of the car is high quality, including the leather-fronted seats.  The underside of the car is just as good as the top.  The car sits on chrome wire wheels with matching quality Vredestein tyres, including the spare.  All the suspension was restored, resulting in a comfortable ride and good handling.  The extra power of the MGB engine with its Peter Burgess fast road cylinder head and camshaft, and the 5-speed gearbox, make for a truly exhilirating drive.  Everything works as it should, with no strange noises from the transmission.  The hood, tonneau cover and side screens (still in their box) are all brand new, and fit well.  The paperwork file includes lots and lots of invoices covering the restoration, V5C, Heritage Certificate, MOT to October 2024 and memory stick containing details of the rebuild.
