The vendor advises that this Austin A40 had been in storage since the late 1990's until he purchased it in 2018. At that time the brakes were overhauled and a new stainless exhaust was fitted. The original 1,200cc engine has been replaced with a 1,500cc and is described as driving very well. It comes with MoTs dating from the 1990's, the last one dated 1998 records mileage of 1,510, an older V5, a very few receipts, original handbook, workshop manual and spare key. The mileage is currently recorded at 2,480.
