This is a smashing old car in lovely condition, just out of 10 year ownership.  The car was partly restored a number of years ago with a good repaint and renewal of upholstery and it all remains in very good order.  The interior work included reupholstery of the seats, along with new correct style door cards and carpets.  Externally, the car was treated to a new canvas hood, which is very good quality and fits well.  It starts easily and runs well – it hasn’t been used much recently, so would benefit from a full service.  It has just been MOTd, and the certificate runs to 24^th March 2026.  These Morris 8s are lovely cars to drive and the accommodation is surprisingly spacious for two people.  Easy to use 3-speed gearbox and light steering for an old car – stops very well.  This particular example even has working trafficators.  Good spoked wheels all round, including the spare.  Paperwork includes V5C, MOT certificate, Lubrication Chart, some pictures of the repaint and importantly, a Heritage Certificate and an extremely useful and interesting DVD ‘The Morris 8 Pre-Series, Series I and II Companion’.  A delightful old vehicle, just right for this year’s shows and rallies .. or even for tootalling down to the pub or the shops.
