Tom Parrot’s Historic Award

The event was well attended, including Richard Hammond and Ed China, to celebrate the very best of the best in the British historic motoring and motorsport world.

Tom is fast carving an impressive career in the veteran car world. RBC Brewin Dolphin and StarterMotor have support him.

Tom said, “Last night, I was very honoured to accept an award for young achiever of the year from the RAC Royal Automobile Historic Awards> Thank you to everyone for their ongoing support. It is appreciated dearly. Without all of you, what I do would not be possible. The person who has made all of this a reality for me is my father, Nigel Parrott. Being nominated was more than enough for me, so to go to the Clubhouse at Pall Mall last night and win the award is something that never even crossed my mind”.

It was not easy to select the shortlists, and it would be even more difficult for the panels of judges to whittle them down further to decide the winners.

“I would like to thank the members of the judging panels for their expertise, integrity and sheer hard work, all of which is invaluable. We look forward to celebrating together at the Awards on Thursday, 23 November!”

These awards celebrate the very best of the best in the British historic motoring and motorsport world. They give those professionally involved in this industry and classic motoring enthusiasts the opportunity to nominate exceptional people, companies, events, and achievements.
